Reflective Practice and Clinical Supervision

I offer reflective practice groups and clinical supervision for professionals working in emotionally demanding roles.

These spaces provide opportunities to think, reflect and make sense of complex work, while strengthening resilience, professional confidence and relational practice.

Drawing on my background as a HCPC-registered Dramatherapist, EMDR practitioner and trauma informed practitioner, I create supportive and psychologically safe spaces where individuals and teams can explore challenges, celebrate their strengths and sources of joy, and deepen their understanding of the work they do.

Reflective practice and supervision can be delivered for schools, charities, health services, social care teams, foster care services and voluntary sector organisations.

Trauma informed training for schools, charities and organisations

I provide engaging, evidence based training that helps organisations understand the impact of trauma and adversity on children, young people, adults and the workforce.

Drawing on over a decade of experience in trauma-informed practice, mental health, education and senior charity roles, my training combines current theory with practical strategies that can be applied immediately.

Training is tailored to your organisation and can include topics such as trauma informed practice, attachment and relationships, nervous system regulation, secondary trauma, compassion fatigue, psychologically safe workplaces, and trauma informed leadership.

My approach is reflective, relational and grounded in real world practice, supporting organisations to move beyond awareness and into meaningful change.

Trauma Informed Systems Consultancy

Creating a trauma-informed organisation requires more than training alone. I work alongside leaders, teams and organisations to embed trauma informed principles into culture, systems, policies and everyday practice. Note - this isn't an easy fix - it's a long and hard journey!

My consultancy supports organisations to assess current strengths, identify opportunities for development and implement sustainable change. This may include organisational reviews, leadership development, workforce engagement, service design, policy development and strategic planning.

With experience leading trauma informed programmes at both local and national levels, I help organisations translate trauma-informed values into practical actions that improve outcomes for the people they serve and the staff who support them.
